Network Development

We have a long history of involvement with healthcare projects that bring together people with a wide range of knowledge and experience to work collaboratively on a specific set of objectives.  This kind of patient-centred and multidisciplinary approach often brings new challenges that we group under ‘network development’.

Building networks that work is all about good communication.  We pride ourselves on our ability to manage difficult projects that seek to involve diverse but connected groups, often with divergent opinions.

Our projects are increasingly bringing together professionals from health and social care backgrounds, to work in partnership with patients, service users and carers.

Evidence-based public and patient involvement

Our projects are increasingly bringing together professionals from health and social care backgrounds, to work in partnership with patients, service users and carers.

Too many healthcare projects involve patients and the general public, not because they want to listen to their voice, but simply to pay lip-service.  We have helped to develop a new approach to working collaboratively with patients, carers, health professionals and researchers, which facilitates true partnership working and offers a real platform for patients to express themselves.

The PRIME Project is the first of its kind as it captures patient experiences and enables qualitative researchers to use this data to inform the research agenda - what we call 'evidence-based patient and public involvement'.
