How to Use this Web Site


What's the Big Idea?

Well, there are number of ideas, some big, some medium-sized, and we'd like you to let us know if you think they're good ones:

  1. to create an electronic publishing forum for items of evidence so you can get your hands on them quickly;
  2. to make this a dynamic, interactive resource so that readers can become contributors and get the credit for their good work;
  3. to use this interactivity to keep the material relevant and-up-to date;
  4. to maintain a system of quality control so that the evidence contained herein can be used with confidence; and
  5. to run this system efficiently and close the publishing loop from months to days.

As is customary with the WWW, new stuff is coming online all the time, and changes are the site is regularly updated.
