About us
Minervation spun-out from Oxford University in 2002 because we recognised the opportunity to start a commercial venture to support organisations who share our vision for health information. The two founders (André Tomlin and Douglas Badenoch) both trained in Information Science and have spent a number of years working in Evidence-Based Health Care, where we have learnt that information about health care must be:

Your role
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic project manager to join our team. You will be managing a range of web development and information science projects from our office in Oxford. You will be expected to work closely with the whole Minervation team, including Information Scientists, IT specialists, Admin staff and our Designer. You will report to the Managing Director.
We are a small company so you will have a genuine opportunity to establish yourself in this vital and influential role within a fast growing business. Your personal success will have a major impact on our collective success and this will be reflected in your salary and share of the annual profit.
Essential skills:
- At least 3 years experience of project management, ideally in a heath or social care setting
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of evidence-based healthcare
- The ability to work well under pressure
- Good people management skills
- Good client management skills
Desirable skills
- Experience of working in the commercial sector
- Web site development experience
- Literature searching or critical appraisal skills
- Sales and marketing experience
